What you'll work on

• Solve real-world supply chain challenges across demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment, and S&OP/S&OE.
• Diagnose business problems using data, perform root-cause analysis, and design practical, scalable solutions.
• Build analytical frameworks and AI-driven products that create measurable business impact.

We're looking for someone who has

• 2–8 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain Analytics.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory, replenishment, or S&OP/S&OE.
• A data-first mindset with experience in exploratory data analysis (EDA), hypothesis-driven problem solving, and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on skills in SQL and Excel. Experience with Python, Power BI, or Tableau is an added advantage.
• The ability to work comfortably with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to forecasting, optimization, statistics, or machine learning.
• Experience with Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, o9, OMP, or Anaplan.
• Postgraduate qualification in Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
